IT Service Desk Engineer


My claim to fame is that I was the first apprentice at TSP.  I have always been interested in computers and I started studying the IT subject in college which gave me the knowledge about how computers work and the science behind them, which enabled me to start building my own computers.

After completing my college course, I applied for an apprenticeship role at TSP, and went through an 18 month programme which expanded my knowledge more in IT from a IT support point of view. During this 18 months I was accredited with various IT Industry certifications, such as Microsoft and my ITIL foundation. After my apprenticeship had completed, I continued down the service management path and obtained further ITIL qualifications.
